Governor's Highway Safety Program: Sovereign Citizen Training — 2018

In April 2018, Astute Synthesis delivered four sovereign citizen awareness sessions at the Governor's Highway Safety Program conference. Three of the four sessions were standing room only — a sign of how much demand exists among law enforcement for practical, current training on this topic.

The course focused on recognition: how to spot a sovereign citizen before the encounter escalates, what their license plates, ID cards, and documents look like, and how to respond to the common phrases and tactics designed to confuse and delay officers. The goal in every session is the same — officers leave knowing exactly what they're dealing with and how to stay safe.
